How to Use

1. Print the instructions and your chosen wheel template. Cardstock is recommended for sturdier pieces.
2. Have children color the illustrations and trace the stage names if using the tracing version.
3. Cut out the top and bottom circles along their outer edges.
4. Carefully remove the pie-shaped section from the top circle to create the viewing window.
5. Place the top circle over the bottom circle, lining up their centers.
6. Have an adult make a small hole through both centers, then connect the circles using a brass paper fastener.
7. Rotate the wheel to reveal each stage and discuss how pumpkins grow.

Supplies Needed: Printer, US Letter paper or cardstock, scissors, crayons or colored pencils, pencil for tracing, and one brass paper fastener.

Adult assistance is recommended when cutting the viewing window and making the center hole.
