How to Use

1. Print the colored or black-and-white wheel template. Cardstock is recommended for sturdier pieces.
2. Have children color the illustrations if using the black-and-white version.
3. Cut out the top and bottom circles along their outer edges.
4. Carefully remove the pie-shaped section from the top circle to create the viewing window.
5. Place the top circle over the bottom circle, lining up their centers.
6. Have an adult make a small hole through both centers, then connect the circles using a brass paper fastener.
7. Rotate the wheel to reveal each stage and discuss how a turkey grows.

Supplies Needed: Printer, US Letter paper or cardstock, scissors, and one brass paper fastener. Crayons or colored pencils are needed for the black-and-white version.
