Teach your child about their own bodies and how to take care of them with help from this activity pack. They can learn about the various parts of the body and how they all fit together, using the colorful diagram pieces or puzzle pieces. With the adorable cartoon characters, even the reproductive systems for both boys and girls are easily approached and explained. Your child can trace vocabulary, match the body part with its name, and put them into a human body figure with ease.

This is the perfect introduction to the study of the human body for your young student. Or use it to supplement your existing science study on nutrition, hygiene, health, and manners, or safety rules. Or laminate as part of some fun activities and games for a science center. Your first grader will enjoy the full-color examples of their insides and then they can enjoy coloring their own!
This activity pack can be a stand-alone science unit for your homeschool or classroom, or you can use it to extend the learning from a larger science unit. With tracing, mini books and some human body fact copywork, you’ve got all you need for early science or health studies.
And since they are printable, you can print off as many copies as you need. Or laminate and use with a dry-erase marker for longer use!

I am a homeschooling teacher and finding things that help my 1st and 2nd grade kids visually understand what I am teaching is difficult…that is until I found “Living Life and Learning.” I have used both the human body and the water cycle activities and my kids love them. I cut out and laminated the parts of the body and the kids love to place them where they go on the model provided…and I am glad to have a boy and girl model to use. Thank you so much for using your talent to help the rest of us!
