What happens after I make a purchase?

After you complete your purchase, you will be redirected to the page where you can download your pdfs.

You will also receive an email from me (Monique@livinglifeandlearning.com) that includes your receipt with your download links for your products.

Please wait for up to 10 minutes for this email, if you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or promos tab if you’re using Gmail.

Once you click on the link, it will automatically be downloaded to the download’s folder on your computer or device.

You must have Adobe Reader to open the file.

Why won’t my purchase go through?

EU customers will not be able to purchase through this shop. You can go to my Teacher’s Pay Teachers shop to purchase my products from there.

Licensing

My products can be used for personal non-commercial use for your family or classroom.

Troubleshooting Printing Issues

If you have trouble printing, you must ensure that you have the updated version of Adobe Reader to print out the printables correctly.

If there are issues with images/fonts not appearing, you need to update your Adobe Reader software.

Be sure that you are in Adobe Reader when you are printing your resource and not previewing the pdf in your email or browser.

How to Save Money by Printing

To print as much as I want and not have to worry about ink, I have an HP Instant Ink printer, the printer I have is the HP 8710 but it is not available anymore. If you can find a printer that can scan and copy, you will be in heaven.
